Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network and system performance to ensure maximum uptime.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network and connectivity issues.
Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests within defined SLAs.
Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams and track resolution.
Perform routine health checks, maintenance, and system monitoring.
Maintain incident logs, reports, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or IT Support.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching).
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
Valuable troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
