Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads and databases.
Explain real estate projects, pricing, location advantages, and current offers.
Qualify customer requirements and identify genuine buying interest.
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads and convert inquiries into sales prospects.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide prompt responses.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer engagement.
Stay updated on project details, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
