Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting cosmetic and skincare products.
Recommend products based on customer needs.
Handle billing and POS transactions.
Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
Keep the store clean and organized.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Malayalam. Basic English is an advantage.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
Previous experience in retail or cosmetics sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of skincare and beauty products is a plus.
Willingness to work versatile schedule, including weekends.
