Key Responsibilities For Freshers
Prepare CNC plasma cutting programs based on engineering drawings under the guidance of senior programmers.
Optimize plate utilization through productive nesting to minimize material wastage.
Maintain CNC program records and support production documentation.
Candidates with 1–3 Years Experience
Independently prepare and optimize CNC plasma cutting programs and nesting for production requirements.
Troubleshoot programming and cutting-related issues while coordinating with the
Design and Production teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Desired Skills
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings.
Understanding of fabrication drawings and plate cutting processes.
Willingness to learn CNC programming and nesting software.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to work in a manufacturing environment.
