Key Responsibilities:
Handle gold loan appraisal and processing as per company policies.
Verify customer KYC documents and ensure proper documentation.
Evaluate gold ornaments and determine loan eligibility.
Maintain branch cash, gold packets, and daily transaction records.
Achieve monthly business and collection targets.
Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service.
Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Ensure compliance with RBI and company guidelines.
Maintain branch registers, MIS reports, and audit records.
Support marketing and local business promotion activities.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of gold appraisal and valuation.
Understanding of NBFC operations and gold loan procedures.
Robust communication and customer handling skills.




Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle branch-level responsibilities independently.

Qualification:
Any Graduate / Diploma.
Minimum 0–10 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC sector.
Experience in reputed gold loan companies is an advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,508.04 - ₹20,773.63 per month
