Key Responsibilities:
Inquiry registration and booking
Preparation of customer quotations
Negotiation of quotations with customers
Sales order booking and processing
Coordination for daily material dispatch
Monitoring the status of calibration and training certificates
Coordination with the service team for service-related sales orders
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
3–4 years of experience in sales within the manufacturing industry
Mandatory experience in preparing and handling customer quotations
Positive communication and customer handling skills
Basic understanding of the sales process
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) and ERP systems
Robust coordination and follow-up skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
