Job Responsibilities

Design and development of Special Purpose Machines (SPM), assembly fixtures, jigs, gauges, and automation systems.

Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and assembly drawings using CAD software.

Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and engineering documentation.

Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and assembly teams for project execution.

Conduct design reviews and implement improvements based on feedback.

Support machine trials, installation, and commissioning activities.

Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or Inventor.

Knowledge of machine design, GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, and manufacturing processes.

Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
