Responsibilities:
Operate CNC punching, bending, routing, or machining equipment as per production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and technical specifications.
Set up machines and load programs as per production schedules.
Perform machine adjustments and tool changes when required.
Monitor machine operations and ensure dimensional accuracy of components.
Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
Record production output and machine performance data.
Coordinate with Production, Design, and Quality departments for smooth workflow.
Report machine breakdowns, abnormalities, or maintenance requirements immediately.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished components.
What we are looking for:
Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in mechanical or CNC
Minimum 0–1 years of experience operating CNC machines.
Knowledge of CNC machine controls and basic programming.
