AL Nurse Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct initial and ongoing health assessments of residents.
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
Administer medications and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
Monitor residents' vital signs and overall health status.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare specialists.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when needed.
Manage chronic conditions such as Diabetes, Hypertension, and Dementia.
Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
Educate residents and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
Supervise caregivers and nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
Maintain accurate medical records and nursing documentation.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and safety protocols.
Coordinate hospital admissions, discharges, and follow-up care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
Train staff on clinical procedures, emergency response, and resident safety.
Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
