Responsibilities
Engage with customers to provide information and promote financial products and services
Build and maintain solid customer relationships through effective communication
Assist customers in understanding financial concepts and products
Utilize financial acumen to address customer inquiries and provide solutions
Upsell products and services to meet customer needs
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets

Qualifications
Knowledge of banking and financial services
Proficiency in financial analysis and math
Solid relationship management skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Experience in sales is a plus
