About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Freelancer Performance Marketer to help us generate high-quality leads, drive registrations, and scale our digital marketing campaigns. If you have experience running performance campaigns and love optimizing for results, we'd love to work with you.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Generate quality leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better ROI.
Create, test, and scale ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Track campaign performance and submit regular reports with insights.

Requirements
Experience in Performance Marketing and Paid Advertising.
Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
Solid understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance.
Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
