We are seeking an experienced and vigilant Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and lead a team of security guards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and secure workplace, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and supervising security staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage security guards across assigned shifts.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
Monitor access control, visitor management, and security checkpoints.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises.
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
Maintain daily occurrence reports, attendance, and incident records.
Train, motivate, and evaluate security personnel.
Coordinate with management to implement security policies and procedures.
Ensure discipline, professionalism, and compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams and handle emergency situations.
Basic computer knowledge for report preparation.
Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
