About the Role

Plazza is a fast-growing quick-commerce platform delivering medicines to customers in minutes. We're looking for Customer Delight Champions to join our customer support team — the voice of Plazza for every customer who reaches out. This is a ticket-resolution, inbound support role where you'll own every customer interaction during your shift and ensure they walk away with a resolution, not just a response.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
Freshers with high energy, high intent , high motivation to learn and grow
Fluent English and Hindi- Both languages
Robust verbal communication and active listening skills.
Genuine customer empathy and a resolution-first, ownership mindset.




Comfortable working from office, 6 days/week on a rotational roster, including night shifts.
Graduate in any discipline.
Age group: 22–26 years.

Key Skills
Composure and patience while handling stressful situations (medicine delivery is often urgent/sensitive).
Objection handling and de-escalation skills.
Process discipline — following SOPs and escalation matrices consistently.

Hiring Process
Resume screening, followed by Aptitude test and 2 interviews round.
Evaluation on: communication skills, customer empathy, problem-solving ability, confidence, ownership, and ability to handle difficult customer situations.
Fast-track closures — solid candidates can be offered the same day

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
