Role Overview:
The F&B; Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the food and beverage area. This role requires a customer-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and skilled manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks while maintaining presentation standards
Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained
Handle billing and payment processing (POS systems)
Upsell menu items, combos,



and ongoing offers to enhance guest experience
Address guest queries, concerns, and complaints promptly
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times
Support in setting up and closing daily operations

Skills & Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in F&B;, hospitality, or customer service (freshers can apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and team-oriented environment
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
