Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile and creative person to join our team. This is a energetic role for a "creative all-rounder" who can produce and edit high-quality educational video content and manage our digital presence. The ideal candidate is technically proficient behind the camera and confident in front of a live audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the production of educational and informational videos showcasing our resources.
Film, and edit high-quality video content for YouTube, social media, and internal training.
Maintain an organized library of digital assets (raw footage, graphics, and finished edits).
Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor engagement and respond to community inquiries in a skilled manner.
Represent the organization at exhibitions, trade shows, and workshops across India.
Assist in executing online webinars and virtual events.




Provide cross-functional support to the project team on ongoing initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.).
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop).
Experience with social media management tools.
Must be willing and open to travelling across India for events and field projects.

Soft Skills:
Robust storytelling ability through both visual and written media.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
