The Komori Enthrone Machine Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining the Komori Enthrone offset printing press to produce high-quality printed materials. The operator ensures production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Experience
Mandatory: 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating the Komori Enthrone offset printing machine. Candidates without Komori Enthrone experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate the Komori Enthrone offset printing machine according to job specifications.
Prepare printing plates, inks, paper, and other materials before production.
Monitor print quality throughout the production process and make necessary adjustments to color registration, ink density, and alignment.
Ensure jobs are completed within production schedules and quality standards.
Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major mechanical problems to the maintenance team.
Minimize paper, ink, and material waste during production.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and job reports.
Coordinate with the prepress, finishing, and quality control teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in printing technology is an advantage.
Experience operating a Komori Enthrone or similar offset printing press.
Knowledge of offset printing processes, color management, and print quality standards.
Ability to read job tickets and production specifications.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Positive attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
