Experience & Skills Required
Relevant experience in a production/manufacturing workplace.
Experience in handling production shifts.
Strong manpower planning and workforce management skills.
Good knowledge of production processes and shop floor operations.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
