IT Administrator – Firewall, Windows Server & Active Directory

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator with 1–2 years of experience in managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and Firewall Administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, user administration, network security, and end-user support to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
Manage and administer Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, Organizational Units (OUs), Group Policies (GPOs), and access permissions.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls to ensure network security.
Monitor server health, system performance, and event logs.
Perform regular server maintenance, updates, and patch management.
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Manage file servers, shared folders, and user permissions.
Support LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network devices.




Perform system backup and recovery operations.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and software support.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
Robust knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and User Management.
Experience in Firewall Administration (Fortinet, Sophos, SonicWall, Palo Alto, or similar).
Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
Experience with Microsoft 365/Outlook administration is an added advantage.
Knowledge of backup solutions and antivirus management.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
