Senior Engineer - Head of Department

Position Overview:

Chris Engineering Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - Head of Department to join our growing team. As the HOD, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers to successfully plan, design, and execute various engineering projects. We are looking for a energetic individual with a solid technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and solving complex engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engineering strategies and project plans
Ensure timely and efficient execution of engineering projects, while maintaining high quality standards
Perform detailed engineering analysis and calculations, as well as review and approve final design plans
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of exceptional engineering services
Stay current with industry trends, advancements,



and regulations to continuously improve engineering processes and techniques

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in engineering software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with a team
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proven track record of successful project management and delivery
