Operations Associate

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Associate to manage daily operations and ensure smooth execution of classes, courses, and student-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Class Management:
Ensure the timely start and end of classes
Coordinate with faculty and tech team
Schedule and manage 1:1 sessions
Upload PPTs and study materials
Monitor classes and resolve issues in real-time
Course Management:
Plan and manage course structure & schedule
Upload and maintain content (notes, DPPs, recordings)
Ensure timely completion of course deliverables
Student & Mentor Management:
Act as a point of contact for students and mentors
Resolve queries and issues on time
Maintain engagement and satisfaction
Collect and implement feedback
Operations & Coordination:
Handle daily operational tasks
Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation




Coordinate with internal teams (academics, tech, content)
Ensure process and quality compliance
Ownership & Improvement:
Take end-to-end ownership of tasks
Identify gaps and suggest improvements

Other requirements:

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree (Science preferred, not mandatory)
0–3 years of relevant experience

Pay: ₹240,000.66 - ₹300,000.00 per year
