Job description

We are a fast-growing healthcare services group building a national back-office platform supporting outpatient mental health clinics. Were looking for a Billing Specialist with experience in behavioral health (LPCs, LCSWs, etc.) to support multi-state operations in the US

Role & responsibilities




Submit and manage mental health claims (Medicaid & commercial)
Track and follow up on denials, rejections, and unpaid claims
Manage AR and ensure timely collections
Post payments and reconcile accounts
Work with clinics to resolve billing issues quickly

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in behavioral health billing required
Strong understanding of Medicaid and commercial payer workflows
Familiarity with common CPT codes (90791, 90834, 90837, etc.)
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple accounts
Comfortable in a fast-paced workplace
Candidates should be open to working in night shift
No cab
