Salary: Up to ₹150,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Head with a robust background in media or advertising sales. The ideal candidate will possess a robust client network and a deep understanding of branded content and sponsorships. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through innovative strategies and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation:
Drive all revenue streams, including branded content, sponsored journalism, events, and campus partnerships.
Develop and implement effective revenue strategies to maximize profitability.
Monthly Revenue Targets:
Set, monitor, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
Client Management:
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
Branded Content Sales:
Lead initiatives to sell branded content opportunities.




Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content offerings.
Sponsorship Development:
Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities aligned with company goals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in media sales with a strong client network.
In-depth knowledge of branded content and sponsorship development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and performance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
