Position: Team Leader – Field Sales

Location: Bangalore
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Experience: 2–5 Years in Field Sales with Team Handling Experience

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Generate current business through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
Meet 4–5 prospective clients daily.
Promote and sell Justdial's digital solutions.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Develop long-term relationships with customers.

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the field sales team.
Assign targets and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews.
Support team members in closing business opportunities.





Customer Relationship Management
Deliver excellent customer service.
Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly.
Encourage customers to adopt Justdial's digital platform.

Market Development
Identify recent business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
Strengthen Justdial's market presence.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹44,288.44 per month
