Source and screen candidates
Post jobs on hiring portals
Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding
Maintain HR records and documentation
Support employee engagement activities
Assist with HR operations and recruitment projects
Prepare HR reports using MS Excel
Eligibility
Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA (HR), BBM, B.Com, BA, M.Com, MSW or equivalent
Freshers and final-year students are welcome
Good communication and basic MS Office skills
