Proven relevant work experience as Quality executive/Incharge.
Good knowledge of lift systems and experience in material handling, Fabrication, Engineering, or Manufacturing Industry.
Capable of identifying defects and implementing corrective actions.
Must have excellent communication skills, email writing skills (English and Hindi is must). Prior experience in client coordination will be added advantage.
Must have valuable attention to detail.
Must possess good leadership skills.
Versatile and willing to learn/ take up tasks as per requirements.
Should be able to use computers and email
Job Description
Conduct quality inspections of elevator components, fabricated parts, and finished products.
Perform stage-wise inspections during installation activities.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality checklists, and NCR (Non-Conformance Report) records.
Identify quality defects and coordinate with Production, Design, and Installation teams for corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor welding quality,
dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and assembly quality.
Verify incoming materials and purchased components as per quality requirements.
Conduct final inspection before dispatch and installation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.
Handle customer quality complaints and support root cause analysis.
Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.
Train technicians and production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
Monitor rejection, rework, and quality performance indicators and submit periodic reports to management.
Ensure proper documentation for ISO and other quality management systems (if applicable).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
