Senior Staff Nurse- Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure patient safety throughout treatment.
Supervise and guide nursing staff, allocate duties and maintain shift schedules.
Maintain nursing records, registers, inventory, and ensure adequate stock of consumables.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for seamless patient care.
Monitor infection control practices, OT/procedure room readiness and clinical protocols.
Conduct nursing training sessions and support the development of junior staff.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
