Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding outstanding payments.
Monitor customer accounts and track overdue invoices.
Maintain accurate records of payment follow-ups, commitments, and collections.
Coordinate with the billing and accounts teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
Send payment reminders, account statements, and collection notices as required.
Reconcile customer payments with outstanding invoices.
Escalate long-pending or disputed accounts to management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections.
Ensure compliance with company credit and collection policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
