Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our Facility Management team for the maintenance of IT buildings. The candidate should have hands-on experience in plumbing systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of water supply and drainage systems while ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plumbing systems in IT buildings.
Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage pipelines, sanitary fixtures, and plumbing accessories.
Attend daily plumbing complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Identify and repair water leakages, blockages, and pipeline defects.
Maintain pumps, valves, flush systems, faucets, and water storage tanks.
Coordinate with the facility team during maintenance activities.
Ensure proper operation of sewage, drainage, and domestic water systems.
Follow safety procedures and company standards during maintenance work.




Maintain service records and report completed work to the site supervisor.

Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or relevant trade certification.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably in IT buildings, commercial buildings, or corporate facilities.
Valuable knowledge of plumbing tools, fittings, pumps, and water distribution systems.
Ability to identify and rectify plumbing faults independently.
Basic communication skills and a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills
Experience in facility management companies.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to work in shifts when required.
Team player with valuable problem-solving skills.
