Key Responsibilities:
Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HMI (Human Machine Interface), and SCADA systems.
Integrate automation systems with existing machinery and equipment.
Develop and maintain control strategies for production and process optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality to support operational efficiency.
Ensure all automation solutions comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Analyze production data to identify automation prospects and implement improvements.
Perform system testing, validation, and documentation.
Provide training and technical support to operators and maintenance personnel.
Manage projects, including timelines, budgets, and coordination with vendors or contractors.
Maintain and update electrical and control system schematics and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:





Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.

Experience:
2–5 years of experience in industrial automation or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi).
Experience with SCADA, HMI design, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
Familiarity with servo drives, VFDs, sensors, and actuators.
Experience in the manufacturing, process, or utilities industries preferred.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and P&IDs.;
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of safety systems, industrial networking, and instrumentation.
