ICD NSDC is expanding its academic team and is looking for a passionate and experienced Hotel Management & Hospitality Faculty to train and mentor students for rewarding careers in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training for the Diploma in Hotel Management & Hospitality programme.
Teach subjects including Front Office Operations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality Management, Customer Service, and Hotel Operations.
Conduct practical demonstrations and guide students through industry-oriented learning.
Mentor students to develop qualified skills and career readiness.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Relevant industry experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality operations is preferred.
Previous teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
Solid communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
