Role Summary
An entry-to-mid level Business Analyst supports business teams by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and assisting in process improvements under guidance from senior analysts or managers.

Roles & Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients
Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel/PowerPoint
Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams for smooth information flow
Support senior analysts in preparing SOPs, process flow diagrams, and functional documents
Track project timelines, deliverables, and provide status updates
Assist in feasibility studies and basic cost-benefit analysis
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance summaries
Participate in client/stakeholder meetings and note down action points




Help identify gaps between current processes and desired outcomes
Support testing/validation of new systems, tools, or processes
Maintain documentation and data accuracy across projects
Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and business insights

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, IT, or related field); MBA preferred for 2–3 years experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Robust analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL/Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Positive problem-solving and time-management skills

Pay: ₹15,152.66 - ₹25,251.05 per month
