Qualification
Post Graduation in Conservation Architecture

Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant qualified experience.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review conservation and heritage architecture proposals.
Develop architectural conservation frameworks for heritage and special regulation areas.
Support preparation of Master Plans with heritage-sensitive planning approaches.
Coordinate with urban planners, architects, government authorities, and stakeholders on conservation-related works.
Conduct heritage assessments, documentation, and conservation studies.
Ensure compliance with architectural conservation guidelines and heritage regulations.
Prepare technical reports, drawings, and conservation recommendations.

Mandatory Requirements




Candidate should have been involved in:
Architectural conservation,
Framing special architectural regulations for heritage areas,
And related works,

for at least one Master Plan in the last 5 years.

Kannada Speaking Preferred.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of heritage conservation practices and urban regulations
Experience in heritage precinct planning and restoration concepts
Solid analytical, documentation, and presentation skills
Ability to work in multidisciplinary planning teams
