Key Responsibilities
Perform final quality inspection of finished jewellery before packing and dispatch.
Verify product specifications against approved samples, drawings, and customer requirements.
Inspect jewellery for dimensions, finishing, polishing, stone setting, soldering, plating, and overall workmanship.
Identify and segregate defective or non-conforming products for rework or rejection.
Ensure product quality meets company standards and customer expectations.
Check product weight, measurements, and other quality parameters as per SOPs.
Prepare and maintain final inspection reports and quality records.
Coordinate with Production, Polishing, Setting, Plating, and Packing teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure proper labeling, packing quality, and shipment readiness.
Monitor recurring defects and provide feedback for process improvements.
Follow quality procedures, inspection standards, and safety guidelines.




Support customer audits and internal quality audits when required.

Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes.
Positive understanding of jewellery finishing and quality standards.
Ability to identify manufacturing and finishing defects.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)

4–5 years of experience in Final Quality Control in a jewellery manufacturing company.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
