Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers.
Explain the company’s products and services clearly and effectively.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales or appointments
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: +2 / Graduate.
Excellent verbal communication in [English/Malayalam— adjust as needed].
Positive listening and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel).
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
