Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and drive business growth across North and West Delhi / NCR. This role focuses on managing field teams, expanding market presence, and ensuring high-quality scientific promotion in a competitive metro environment.

The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring Medical Representatives, and building solid relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Medical Representatives to achieve territory objectives
Drive sales performance across assigned geography and ensure target achievement
Develop and execute territory and business plans aligned with company strategy
Build and maintain solid relationships with key doctors, hospitals, and pharmacy networks
Monitor team field activity, ensure effective doctor coverage, and adherence to call plans
Analyze prescription trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
Conduct joint field work, coaching, and performance reviews for team members




Ensure compliance with ethical promotion practices and company guidelines
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights

Eligibility & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
3–8 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience
Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience (preferred)
