Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for investment casting products across target industries.
Generate leads through customer visits, networking, and market research activities.
Build robust relationships with OEMs, procurement teams, engineers, and key decision-makers.
Promote the company's investment casting capabilities and technical solutions to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
Manage RFQs, quotations, and customer inquiries from lead generation to order closure.
Negotiate commercial terms and secure profitable business opportunities.
Follow up on project developments, sample approvals, and production orders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.




Achieve sales targets and submit regular reports on sales activities, project status, and market updates.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within investment casting, foundry, precision components, machining, or engineering manufacturing industries.
Solid understanding of investment casting processes, materials, and industrial applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively for customer visits and business development activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
