Receive and process dispatch requests from the Sales team.
Coordinate with the Warehouse for timely dispatch of finished goods.
Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for smooth dispatch.
Track shipments and provide delivery status updates to the Sales team.
Maintain dispatch records, registers, and transporter details.
Update dispatch information in ERP software and MS Excel.
Coordinate with the Billing Department for invoice availability before dispatch.
Resolve dispatch-related issues by coordinating with internal departments and transporters.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch MIS reports.
Ensure all dispatch activities are completed accurately and within the scheduled timelines while following company SOPs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
