We are hiring Freight Brokers / International Sales Specialists to join our growing US Logistics team. The role focuses on shipper acquisition, freight sales, and end-to-end load management in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through outbound calls to US shippers
Build and manage a shipper/customer portfolio
Negotiate freight rates and close deals
Coordinate with carriers for load booking and coverage
Manage pricing, margins, and shipment execution
Maintain follow-ups and sales pipeline

Requirements:
1+ year experience in US freight brokerage / logistics OR International Sales / B2B Sales / International Voice Process
Robust communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone)
Target-driven and comfortable with outbound sales

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
