About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Vietnam Destination Specialist to design and sell tailor-made Vietnam holidays for our direct customers. You'll be the go-to expert on all things Vietnam — from Ha Long Bay cruises to Mekong Delta escapes — converting enquiries into unforgettable trips.

Key Responsibilities
Handle B2C enquiries via phone, email, and chat; convert leads into confirmed bookings
Design customized Vietnam itineraries (FIT and small group) based on customer preferences and budgets
Provide expert advice on destinations, hotels, transport, visas, and seasonal travel conditions across Vietnam
Prepare accurate quotations, manage bookings end-to-end, and coordinate with local suppliers/DMCs
Upsell experiences, upgrades, and add-ons to maximize booking value
Support customers pre-departure and during travel; resolve issues promptly




Meet monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Keep destination knowledge current — recent hotels, routes, regulations, and experiences

Requirements
5+ years in travel sales or tour consulting, with strong Vietnam destination knowledge
Proven B2C sales track record with targets
First-hand travel experience in Vietnam strongly preferred
Skilled in itinerary building, quoting, and booking systems/CRM
Excellent written and spoken English; strong customer-service mindset
Knowledge of Vietnam visa processes and international flight routings
