Key Responsibilities
Handle customer RFQs (Request for Quotations) and ensure timely responses.
Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations in coordination with engineering, production, and procurement teams.
Analyze customer requirements, drawings, and specifications before quotation submission.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with customers regarding quotation clarifications, negotiations, and order finalization.
Follow up on submitted quotations to improve conversion rates.
Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and market intelligence updates.
Work closely with production and planning teams to ensure customer commitments are met.




Support business development initiatives, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.

Required Skills
Valuable understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
Experience in RFQ handling and techno-commercial quotation preparation.
Strong market analysis and business development skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Solid analytical, organizational, and customer relationship management skills.

Pay: From ₹239,785.10 per year
