Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students in choosing the right courses, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and educational programs
Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
Explain course details, benefits, and career prospects clearly
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
Maintain student records and update CRM regularly
Achieve monthly admission targets
Coordinate with the academic and marketing team

Requirements:




Any Degree (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)
Positive communication and convincing skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset

Preferred Skills:
Sales or counselling experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with students
