Promote and generate gold loan business.
Evaluate and verify gold ornaments for purity and authenticity.
Process gold loan applications accurately and efficiently.
Complete KYC and other regulatory documentation.
Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and bank policies to customers.
Maintain accurate loan records and documentation.
Ensure secure handling and secure storage of pledged gold.
Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Cross-sell other banking products such as savings accounts, insurance, and fixed deposits.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal bank policies.
Resolve customer queries and provide qualified service.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,500.00 per month
