Frank Darling is a female-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings feel exciting, personal, and refreshingly human. Our modern, sustainability-minded designs have been featured in Vogue, WSJ, Bloomberg, Glossy, and more.

We have an immediate, on-site opening for a Pre-Production Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented diamond jewelry professional with strong interpersonal skills that thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with CAD team to prepare customer orders for CAD designers
Collaborate with sales team to collect design requirements
Translate 2D ring sketches into written CAD requirements
Review and approve completed CAD models to ensure they meet design guidelines
Provide CAD team feedback on models that don’t meet design requirements
Works US hours 9am - 5pm EST.

Requirements and Experience:




Prior experience in fine jewelry production
Skilled fluency in English, with excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
Ability to view 3d model files and inspect them for accuracy
Familiarity with fine jewelry terminology and design
Ability to anticipate manufacturing issues based on 3D models
Ability to interpret sketches and ensure they are accurately translated into 3D
Experience in Matrix / Rhino 3DM CAD software
Familiarity with fine jewelry construction and tolerances
Bench jewelry making experience a plus

Job Details:
USD $700 - $1,000 per month, based on experience
