About the Role

As a Sales & Operations Executive, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our on-ground operations. You'll drive local sales, onboard customers and partners, coordinate day-to-day service delivery, and make sure every customer has a smooth experience. This is a growth-focused role with plenty of room to take on more responsibility as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads across target areas and societies in Surat
Onboard current customers and explain our service offerings clearly
Coordinate daily field operations and service scheduling to ensure timely delivery
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and local partners
Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues quickly




Meet weekly and monthly sales and operational targets
Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, and daily activity
Share market insights and on-ground feedback with the team

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in sales, field operations, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome)
Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus)
Good knowledge of Surat's local areas and neighborhoods
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field
Basic smartphone and app usage skills
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
