Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Voice Process Associate to handle inbound and/or outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a skilled manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly
Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Document customer interactions and update records in the system
Follow company guidelines and communication scripts when required
Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs)
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in [Language(s)]
Solid listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks




Customer-centric attitude with a positive approach
Minimum qualification: High School / Diploma / Graduate

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a BPO / call center / customer service role
Familiarity with CRM tools and call handling systems
Multilingual skills (if applicable)
