About the Role

WITHIN is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Intermediate Associate – Graphic Design to strengthen our luxury brand communication. The ideal candidate should have expertise in graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, and AI-powered creative tools to produce premium visual content across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design brochures, catalogues, presentations, proposals, marketing collaterals, and branding materials.
Create coffee table books, exhibition creatives, packaging, personalized stationery, and client gifting assets.
Capture professional product, furniture, interior, and lifestyle photography.
Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, reels, project walkthroughs, interviews, and social media content.
Create motion graphics and multimedia content for marketing campaigns.
Use AI-powered creative tools to generate concepts, enhance visuals, improve editing workflows, and increase productivity.
Maintain brand consistency across all print, digital, and multimedia communications.




Coordinate with print vendors for premium paper selection, finishes, and production quality.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience.
Robust portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Hands-on experience in skilled photography and videography.
Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of branding, typography, print production, and luxury aesthetics.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the luxury furniture, interior design, architecture, hospitality, or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
