Job Overview:
Mudra Publicity is hiring a Tender Executive who will be responsible for searching, analysing, and submitting tenders related to Exhibition Stall Design, Pavilions, Branding, and Fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant government & private tenders (GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.)
Study tender documents and evaluate eligibility criteria
Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids
Coordinate with accounts and operations team for costing and documentation
Maintain tender tracker and monitor deadlines
Handle EMD, BOQ, and other tender formalities
Follow up on submitted tenders
Requirements:
0.6–3 years of experience in tender searching & submission
Knowledge of Standard Tender Portals.
Valuable understanding of government tender process
Solid MS Excel and documentation skills
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
