We have an urgent requirement of 5 candidates for the USA logistics process.

Eligibilities :

Must be ready to work in night shifts (local candidate preferred).

Must be minimum Graduate.

Must be fluent in English.

Must have valid educational proofs and identity proofs.

Responsibilities:
Booking loads as per truck requirements.
scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages.
communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.
planning pre-determined routes and accommodating route changes as needed.
maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.
keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply.
reviewing drivers' logs, including dispatched calls and arrival times.




monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules.

Qualification and skill set.

Willing to work in the USA Based process and us timings. (calling & emails).

the candidate should have good negotiation skills. Ability to handle a tough situation with the customer. Active listener with excellent communication skills. With Computer Skill

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
