Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate recent business opportunities through field visits, networking, and industrial customer meetings.
Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, panel builders, consultants, and industrial clients.
Identify customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, MIS reports, and revenue projections.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.




Build long-term customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Travel extensively for customer visits across assigned territories.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and business development activities.Robust B2B Sales and Business Development experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Sound knowledge of industrial sales processes.
Ability to understand electrical products and technical specifications.
Customer relationship management and key account handling.
Sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
