Job Purpose Description
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Group Credit Life policies.
Process policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
Coordinate with banking and corporate partners for policy administration.
Verify customer and policy documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure timely premium collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
Handle customer and partner queries within defined service levels.
Coordinate with claims and underwriting teams for smooth policy servicing.
